All that remained

This is the GM Steakhouse in Austin. In Slacker, the guy goes here and it if full of crazies, including the lady who says "You should quit, I should know I'm a medical doctor." Well, when in Austin we visited nearly all of the old sites from Slacker but they are all now Starbucks or Quiznos or other such nonsense. The GM was the one place we had heard tale was still open. But when we arrived for breakfast one morning we found it closed, with fresh For Lease signs up, and ashtrays full of cigarette butts still on the counter.
